Minneapolis Metrodome Collapses!

Following a blizzard Monday that provided the city of Minneapolis with 17 inches of snow, the Vikings’ Metrodome collapsed early Sunday morning. Fortunately, the roof of the Metrodome was inflatable (much like bubble covers over pool and tennis courts throughout winter). Because of this, the damage will not keep the stadium closed for a long time. Tomorrow’s Monday night contest between the New York Giants and the Minnesota Vikings has been moved to Detroit’s Ford Field. Here is some footage from cameras that were postitioned inside the stadium . . . take a look fresh-followers.
